MAJOR LOFT REDUCTION! I am continuing my loft reduction in order to devote the necessary time to some family-related matters that are a priority for me right now. I am drastically cutting back on birds and will seriously be limiting my involvement in the sport for the next year or so. This is not a total sell-out, but it is a major loft reduction. I only plan to keep a small number of pairs, and am now at a point where I am offering a number of my older, core breeders (stock birds). These are birds that I, otherwise, had not intended to sell. To help move them out quickly, I am starting them at, what I think is, a very fair opening price for birds of this quality. This is a great opportunity to obtain some excellent, very well bred birds for your stock loft.
IF-09-PROTEGE-136 BC COCK - He is a fantastic cock and a proven breeder. He had been on loan and I just got him back last year. I bred from him in 2011 before I loaned him out and he raised 11-ARPU-59526 BB Tk H who flew very well in the 2011 Mercedes Classic Races. She ended up 7th in Average Speed (16th in total points) and won about $5,000. She had also been out on loan and I just got her back as well. This is the first year that I had a chance to breed from her and she produced a good bird (14-ARPU-17502) at the Winners Cup. He flew well on the longer races....24th @ 200 mi.; 23rd @ 250 mi., 5th @ 325 mi. and 50th @ 325 mi.; and was 16th in Long Average Speed. |
